Hampton Inn and Suites Williamstown Ark Encounter

It was really nice. The staff was very friendly and polite. We went during the holidays so it was busy. But that didn't change anything. The breakfast crew kept the buffet rolling. Nothing got empty. The cleaning staff kept our room clean and stocked with fresh towels. Not once did I have to call down for fresh anything. I didn't get time to check out the pool.

Karman the lady at the front desk was so sweet and her smile was a breathe of fresh air!She helped was with check in and we had a few laughs "fancy". Coffee ,tea hot choc was always ready.The beds was firm and the pillows soft.Clean rooms !! Clean bathrooms!!Workout rooms and Salt water Pool !! Free breakfast Hot and cold.Waffles,oatmeal,cereal,eggs,sauage,biscuits,fruit,yogurt,etc.Very clean!! We will be back.You can see The Ark from our room that was cool !!

Nice, clean, coffee not the best, breakfast normal hotel food. NO HOT TUB! Not sure why its so hard to find hotels in Ky with hot tubs, some of us like hot tubs people! Pool cold, kids enjoyed it anyhow 1 star for no hot tub lol

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Williamstown while visiting the Ark Encounter. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff welcomed us with genuine kindness and went above and beyond to ensure our check-in was completely stress-free. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and amazingly quiet, giving us a restful place each night. Each morning, we were grateful for the breakfast buffet. My wife, who has a gluten restriction, was delighted to discover gluten-free waffles available, a thoughtful blessing that made our mornings even brighter. I also enjoyed the breakfast, and the options of bananas and oranges fruit options, it was still a pleasant and uncommon touch for a hotel. The breakfast area was well-maintained and the staff attentive, reflecting a spirit of service. The hotel’s perfect location within walking distance to the Ark Encounter made our trip so convenient, no parking worries, and more time to reflect on the wonderful exhibits. Check-in and checkout were both smooth and efficient, a testament to the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. We sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would whole-heartedly recommend this hotel to other couples, especially those visiting for faith-based travel. The combination of excellent service, comfort, and hospitality made our stay not just memorable, but truly blessed.

The hotel was very clean and check-in was easy. We were visiting the Ark Encounter, and it was super convenient to just walk over and hop on the bus. Breakfast was what you’d expect, but the 24-hour coffee was a great bonus. The room had plenty of space for all six of us, and the price was very reasonable.

Exactly what I can expect of this line of hotels by Hilton. Yes, it appears one can walk directly to the shuttle bus area for the Ark Encounter. Signs showing where to walk and the gate to pass through are in my pics; not even five minutes to the shuttles. It is a bigger Hampton Inn than usual. Staff was great. Breakfast crew was on point all days. Room was spotless. Heater was working in our room, but could get noisy at times; these models have a lifespan of five years or so. Area around feels and looks reasonably safe, but it is a tourism area so keep situational awareness. There are no shopping or dining options within practical, safe walking distance; be prepared to drive to restaurants or convenience stores located within Williamstown. We'd stay here again.

The go-to hotel if visiting the Ark. They do have their own gate that leads to the Ark property for direct access. Morning breakfast is very good with many hot or cold options. Our room was large with plenty of room. Only complaint is the outlet on the nightstand was not working properly. I did not use the pool or fitness room but both looked clean and taken care of. 24 hour free coffee available in the lobby. That I did take advantage of.

Jayden and the entire team were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very busy but we'll stocked and the staff were very friendly. This is one of the best Hampton Inn's I've been to.
